The first websites that we built were entirely coded from scratch, and this advanced knowledge of css, javascript and php comes in useful still with the ability to customise websites however they’re built.

initial brief
Get in touch with an idea of what you're looking for and we'll arrange a call to find out more.
We always ask if there are examples of websites that you do or don't like so you might like to do some research into this, although it's no problem at all if you want to be guided at this stage too.
first design & quote
The web design proposal will be based on the information you provide in our initial call and emails.
We will provide options designed to suit you and to allow you to make the appropriate amount of amends to the initial proposed design.
choices & content
Once you've chosen the design and options best suited to you, it's time to talk content.
You may have chosen to provide all the words and images yourself, or you may prefer us to create this content for you for your sign off.
website build
We will build the website for you and keep you updated on progress with live pages to view during the build process.
testing & amends
Once the website is built, we will ask for any feedback or amends from you. Our own testing includes speed testing and a technical SEO audit.
time to go live
Once the website is ready we take care of putting it live.
We will amend DNS records, set up Google analytics and Google Search Console including submitting the site map to be crawled.
training and instructions
If agreed, instructions for how to edit the site will be provided at this point. Training is available if required.
ongoing website support
Ongoing website support is available on a monthly or annual basis. If neither of these options are taken, support can be provided on an ad-hoc basis.

Once you've got a website to be proud of, you'll want to let everyone know. We can help with pay per click advertising, social media ads and organic search engine optimisation as required.

There is no straight-forward answer to this question as it’s dependent on so many things. If you have the content ready and have only minor amends the proposed web design, a simple brochure-style site can be completed within a week. Often the biggest cause of delay is the content: if you have this all ready to go, most websites can be built pretty swiftly. Fairly obviously, an e-commerce website with hundreds or thousands of products will take a lot longer!
If you don’t have a logo, brand font or colour scheme, we can help. Generally we would start by asking you for your likes and dislikes and show you some examples.
No. We can purchase a domain for you (subject to availability).
Yes, we can build a website on your own host but there may be a surcharge for issues that arise from this.
We use Krystal for our hosting, a UK-based hosting company with a guaranteed uptime of 99.9%.
Prices vary depending on the number of pages, the amount of content and the complexity of functionality. As a guide, we have built websites ranging in price from £500 to £5000.
If budget is a concern, we offer a training package. This includes:

- basic website frame built
- 2 hours training and content population
- instructions including some post go-live steps to consider

Yes, we can set up your email as well as your domain and website. We recommend using Google Workplace and can talk you through this if you are interested.
