During this project I:
- Integrated a frictionless, mobile-first booking engine synced in real-time with the salon’s calendar.
- Designed intuitive service categorisations to upsell treatment packages during checkout, eliminating administrative overhead entirely.
- Set up Google Analytics, Google Search Console and Bing webmaster tools.
